Check Runtime connection state, the selected simulator, aircraft and loaded flight. Unavailable fields may be aircraft-specific; do not interpret missing observations as zero.
Installation or startup issue
Read the installation instructions included with the release. Confirm the required dependencies and publisher signature. Preserve the original error message and logs.
Prepare a reproducible report
Record the product version, Windows version, simulator and aircraft, then describe the smallest set of steps that reproduces the issue.

- Approximate time and frequency; remove credentials and personal information from logs.
