Start the simulator
Use a simulator version supported by your release. Load an aircraft and a flight before expecting flight observations.
Read the connection status
Open the local Runtime status window and confirm the detected simulator and connection state. Not all aircraft expose every telemetry field.
When information is unavailable
Check that the simulator is running in the intended session and that the release supports the selected platform. A connected service alone does not prove that valid aircraft data is available.
